meet me in Amsterdam

Next weekend, 1st of December, I'll be exposing some of my work in the famous gallery De Oude Kerk in a heart of the city of Amsterdam.

You are all invited to join me for a chat or a drink afterwards. This is going to be my first time I leave the Island after my two years staying in London.
For more information click here.
And don't forget, the exhibition starts at 10 o'clock in the morning.

Roll The Dice

I love this man, a heavy alcoholic comforts me in this difficult times, he tells me what to do and how to live ... thx old man ...

ROLL THE DICE

by Bukowski

if you are going to try, go all the
way.
otherwise, don't even start.

if you're going to try, go all the
way. this could mean losing girlfriends,
wives, relatives, jobs and
maybe your mind.

go all the way.
it could mean not eating for 3 or
4 days.
it could mean freezing on a
park bench.
it could mean jail,
it could mean derision,
mockery,
isolation.
isolation is the gift,
all the others are a test of your
endurance, of
how much you really want to
do it.
and you'll do it
despite rejection and the
worst odds
and it will be better than
anything else
you can imagine.

if you're going to try,
go all the way.
there is no other feeling like
that.
you will be alone with the
gods
and the nights will flame with
fire.

do it, do it, do it.
do it.

all the way
all the way.
you will ride life straight to
perfect laughter,
it's the only good fight
there is.

A Dream Deffered

ah....lately more in the poetry than in a photography

What happens to a dream deferred?
Does it dry up
like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore--
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over--
like a syrupy sweet?
Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.
Or does it explode?

let it go - the

i found this little poem ...

let it go – the
e.e. cummings

let it go – the
smashed word broken
open vow or
the oath cracked length
wise – let it go it
was sworn to
go
let them go – the
truthful liars and
the false fair friends
and the boths and
neithers – you must let them go they
were born
to go
let all go – the
big small middling
tall bigger really
the biggest and all
things – let all go
dear
so comes love

God save the Queen

Here are some new photos. I've tried to do something new, something that adds movement to the photography and at the sometime tells a story.

I've played with sequences of photos which I took in Italy, hid them shyly on my computer, thinking of how to use these treasures. In the end, as usually, everything becomes useful, after a while.
